In March of 1998 PVCF was formed for the purpose of learning and sharing information for self improvement in the field of Video Production in Orlando and Central Florida.

PVCF raises the standards of event videography, promotes professionalism among its members, binds its members to a code of ethics, and provides communication among users, suppliers, distributors and manufacturers of multimedia equipment, materials and services.
